It is the best quick reference for diseases, treatments, and meds I have found. The interface is fantastic and very user friendly. The mobile app is excellent! And best of all, I don't have to scan walls of text and weed through irrelevant random research article sections to find what I'm looking for (as opposed to some other reference sites).

Amboss has single-handedly been the most impactful learning tool and one-stop-shop resource throughout all 3 of my years of medical school. I have opted to stick with Amboss as my primary Q-bank during M3 after doing well in my preclinical curriculum that featured all in-house exams and passing Step 1/Level 1. Additionally, doing UWorld during dedicated feels like a breeze and really optimizes its utility. I highly recommend Amboss for every medical student starting day 1!

Amboss has truly changed my medical training. I am on my way to my 3rd year and truly believe I practice evidence based medicine and with confidence with Amboss at my disposal. It is essential to my practice of medicine. Not only does it confirm or deter my diagnostic process but it also gives me further incite on things I may have missed to truly treat a patient thoroughly and correctly.

Using AMBOSS has significantly improved my shelf scores for the rotations I have been on. The questions after each article helps in reinforcing the material I learn. AMBOSS is a really good resource during rotations and also studying for Step 2.

AMBOSS is interactive, has videos, images, tables, small quizzes, questions, study programs, Anki add-on, HY highlighted text, and can be an easy to navigate rabbit hole of important topics. Amboss excels at showing all the important information in multiple ways so anyone can understand the topics regardless of their study methods.

When people ask what resources I like to use for looking up information while on wards and what I use for step 2/level 2 prep, I recommend the amboss library for the former and the amboss question bank for the latter.

I love the question bank, I used it extensively throughout my my step 1/ level 1 studying. I thought it supplemented my studying extremely well. I loved the feature that allows to secure my knowledge of a topic by doing the associated questions right at the top of the page. I also love how accessible AMBOSS is from all my different electronic devices, I use it in the hospital to look up information quickly all the time.

I love using it as a dictionary. Almost everything I need to know, I can look up in AMBOSS. Then when I started studying for STEP1, i started utilizing the question bank and saw how easy it was to test myself on very specific topics.

Especially the quick info during clinicals it is very useful to reference something and refresh my memory about everything I needed to know about a rare condition or the indications for surgery etc before I presented the case to my attending!

I need a quick information search sometimes on rounds or before. This is helpful on the go w/ the app. I am also able to use my phone to do qbanks which has been helpful. I like how it ties the questions answered to a library of content on the subject that I may have missed.

It is unequivocally the best resource for medical school. The knowledge base is great. The integration of the knowledge base with practice questions is great. It has a phenomenal team that cares about medical students. It puts the students and their learning experience above intellectual property like some other resources.

I loved everything about AMBOSS - the layout, format of questions, how well it preps me for all types of exams including usmle step exams, shelf exams throughout clinical clerkships and my clinical skills exams. Seeing my grades significantly improve once I began using AMBOSS motivated me to continue using it throughout medical school.

I love that I can "AMBOSS" anything (see "Google" anything) - and it's all relevant to what I need to learn. I can use it for both Step/Comlex 1, 2 and 3. It's a great resource not just for learning about the topic but also for testing myself.
